nextstep 3 Report post Posted October 23, 2015 Apparently my carpentry is coming on MONDAY!! Really need to give trophy to Edmund.And my glassworks are up tomorrow!! So only left with leftover plumbing work, electrical work (dismantling 2nd WC and installing both; installing sink and tap; shower sets; kitchen faucet and sink; installation of 3 ceiling fans and my medallion ) and touching up of paint then it's DONE!!!wow, that is fast, after than can move in liao, happy for you and really want to see the end result with fire place.can imagine if will be very cosy. I think.Actually also still have SY Windows and bifold doors, then room doors. But I reckon those should be quite fast.Finally I can see how it'll look together!! My fireplace not here yet though.Yours looks good, like ready already. Still got WIW carpentry?yap doing it on monday, as well as the feature wall and shoe cabinet in the living room. (there was a delay in the shoe cabinet because I make some changes to the inner depth and length to house my shoe.. lol need to give space for my boots haha. so my id need to get the factory to redo the carpentry...actually still got a lot need to do sia.. cause I every day go and see.. when i realise that doing another way might be better, I will consult my ID and ask if i can do otherwise.. and he will advise me if its ok or not...Still got glass works for the kitchen, the entire glass panel and glass doors for the entire house, main door and gate, and also the evorich herf flooring..The evorich herf flooring people did not do a good job.. end up got hollow area and some hidden area, they never put the grouting to seal off at the wall side... hai...... a bit disappointed.. my id called up them and they say they will get their workforce to check, but dont know when.....the herf flooring got defect, i cant arrange for my furniture to come in, need to postpone because of them... Also helped us with electronics purchases / bed etc cus he has contacts.But I decided to let him keep my deposit anyway, and hire professional cleaners to clean up the place before I go...I will miss them and their family when I'm gone! Mine is a dual key so they are my "neighbors" and they've been so great to us. They won't want to rent cus will be Christmas and CNY so up to them to find again...
