Is It The Plumber Liability?

Recommended Posts

There was a bit of leakage at the shower head connector and a plumber was called in.

Instead of fixing the issue, I ended up with water all over my room. Water just surfaced from underneath the wooden flooring.

The plumber company has promise me 2 months period in the event that the flooring is damaged and they will change for me foc. But how to show that the flooring is damaged within 2 mths?

Looking for good contractors? Click here for your request

Take some good clear pictures of the floor now and do it every week.

If now the floor is flat and the joints are very small (or almost not detectable), when the floor really dry up, the wood will change shape and form.

The floor won't be flat especially at the edges. The joints will become larger too.

But in any case, how will you know if the plumber company will admit it in 2 months time? Got black & white?

Hi,

You have any kind of witness that prove plumber company give you guarantee if under two months any kind of damage happens to the floor they will change it. If you have any type of written document, then you should be contacting him and show current pictures of this floor or call him on your house and show the current status of the floor live.
