Renovation Estimation Cost For Resale Ea

Dear forum members,

Just exercise an EA,

I would like to listen to your opinion and experience to share and recommend to me regarding the cost/package, renovator/ contractor on the below package.

*also pm me the renovator/constractor which you think i should avoid to engage.

The work package I'm looking for would looks like below:

1. Link balcony to living room by hack away the glass door and frame.
2. Study room area currently dont have wall, construct a new brick wall include door.
3. Convert master bedroom door to the other side, reuse the same color internal tiles.
4. Paint whole house.
5. Change of 2 toilet bowl.

6. Wall mount platform for LED TV (include wall mount frame) - already have tv console table top.

No matter how good someone recommends you.When the contractor reaches you,if the contractor is overwhelmed with projects or shortage of manpower-they will still screw you up either by delaying completion or end up with awful workmanship.

The key is to control progressive payments and be there constantly to track and monitor works.Never ask for cheap contractor but a reasonable contractor and check that materials provided are according to specs agreed.
