Some of the lights are not working and when i take a look and tried to swap with a new lightbulb. It still doesn't light up plus there's no way for me to change the starter. So kindly if anyone had recommendation for electrian. The one whom did the lights for me was my ID's electrian but now uncontactable since. Really appreciate it very much. LED nowadays is cheaper and save elect bill in long termbro, care to explain more? my ceiling lights are the normal fluorescent tubes which uses starters and ballast , if I want to change to LED fluorescent tubes, do I need to remove the starter and ballast?
