davidwatson 0 Report post Posted June 18, 2015 Hello Friends,I painted bedroom walls with a very deep green about 3 years ago after a couple of years went by I noticed a film on the walls. when I wiped my hand across it, I have a film on my hands. two of the walls are exterior and two are interior so I don't believe that has anything to do with it. a contractor told me that if deep base paints aren't mixed properly, they have a tendency to break down and that this could be the problem. if that is the problem how do I fix it, it that isn't the problem, then does anyone know what would call this?.Thanks & Regards
Donde Fan 0 Report post Posted June 19, 2015 Scrape off all paint. Reseal first and paint over again.Frankly, i think nobody understand what you mean by film. Sound like a sticky layer.
