Need Tiling Work For Bto 3 Rooms

hi all...be getting key in 6 mths...with all the new ruling regarding the new cement screed..am confused on pricing...pls advise...

my 3rms bto does not come with flooring just bare cement...i have check with hdb..will need to do my own cement screed...can some kind soul provide me reliable contractors for tiling works using homogeneous tiles for flooring...thanks a million

My toilet tiling/plastering/waterproofing works are done by XIANG YEE RENOVATION CONTRACTOR, i think they did a good job. Bought my tiles from Hafary. You may tell them that you are referred by the owner of Blk 437 Tampines. Their contact no is 90685861, not sure what is the guy's name as this is arranged by my ID.

You can contact my regular tiler directly, Ah Seng, 98003280. He employs his tiler directly, Malaysian. Not sub contracting his work out. I used him for my past three apartments.
