Any idea roughly how much to do screeding with installation on vinyl flooring for a whole 4 room bto flat? my contractors has already quote me but i feel that is quite high so am trying my luck here if i could get some bargains here Any recommendations?TIA! emmachewy 0 Report post Posted June 10, 2015 Hi Juzzhome, yup, i think so too. coz of the pre mix screeding or something. at first my husband wanted to do tiles but i would prefer vinyl flooring instead. so the contractors gave me 2 quotations for tiles and vinyl. the quotation he gave me on tiles cost about 30 to 40 percent more than vinyl and for me i think is way beyond my buget. jojohnthan 0 Report post Posted June 15, 2015 Hi guys.. i have check it out both places alreadyy i would said the vinyl flooring they carry are the almost similar leh, i dont see much difference actually or maybe i am still a noob. both company are using click sysyem and most importantly they are water proof. beside these, they have got different test, like come code number to fire resistant, anti-termite and ISO test something like these.. too chim for me and my wife to understand. heehee.personally i am down to pricing, evorich difference is about almost 20 to 30 percent more compare to deluxe. deluxe quotes me 3 bedrooms about $2100 which i find it resonable and infact it's consider to be quite cheap. Evorich is a big company and of cause if you were to ask me they are more steady but for me is budget la. to us vinyl is vinyl so the best pricing nail it! however, we didnt confirm anything with these 2 companies yet still considering and my wife to decide.tarzan, emma and juzz, maybe you all can go down to do a research. both locate at the same building anyway. evorich is right at the entrance at level 1 and deluxe locate at level 6. oh ya, i would like to say both companysales person are very helpful. thumbs up for both Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

emmachewy 0 Report post Posted June 17, 2015 Hey jojohnthan, thanks for the information ya. i have recently came across their deluxe home facebook page with $4.59psf promotion and i have already make an appointment with them this saturday and at the same to see what evorich offers. if prices not much different i will choose evorich coz as u mention it's a big company and more steady. you are right, the best price nail it because of the renovation cost are so high that we couldnt afoord more. hi jolinshan, may i know what is you company name? Carollee7 1 Report post Posted September 28, 2015 I got vinyl flooring from Orion Floors www.orionfloors.com. No health risks from the flooring material. I installed it in my kitchen. It's also waterproof so I can properly disinfect and clean my floors. Very useful when I have small crawling kids - need clean safe floors that's easy to maintain!The service was very good and fast.
