Hi, Guy after my first signing appointed with HDB one week that due to seller already get their BTO and shift in no need to wait for second appointed to receive the key but i must wait for 6 weeks than can get actual key and approved by HDB for the key. So guy during this 6 weeks can i find ID to ask quation with floor plan and 1 month later to bring them to my actual flat and first to do is my system 4 air-condition right any advise is appreciated

If you have plans to hack away wall and flooring, better dont fix aircon first.

You can get consent from the seller to let you renovate before completion,aka collect key

all you have to do is sign a idemity form. Guess your agent able to advise you
