I'm looking for IDs, my condo size is 1012sqft, 3 bedrooms, budget is around 15k. Please see my requirements below.

My Requirements

Plaster Ceiling Works
1. Construct false ceiling and light holders @ Foyer Area, Living Hall, Dining Hall, 3x bedrooms.
2. Construct light holders @ Kitchen, bedroom passage, 2x bathrooms.

Carpentry Works
1. Design and fabricate TV console using solid plywood in selected high pressure laminate finish @ Living room & Master bedroom.
2. Design and fabricate "King Size "headboard feature @ Master bedroom.
3. Design and fabricate bed platform with drawers/storage using solid plywood in selected high pressure laminate finish @ Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom.
5. Design and fabricate ceiling height shoes cabinet using solid plywood in selected high pressure laminate finish.
6. Design and fabricate cabinet using solid plywood in selected high pressure laminate finish @ utility area, above washing machine.
7. All cabinets, door, drawers with ABS trimming and equip with soft closing for swing door and drawer.

Hacking Assignment
1. Remove existing wall / floor tiles & fixtures/ fittings and make good of hacked wall @ Utility area.
2. Lay wall, floor tiles, new waterproofing @ Utility area.
3. Remove existing floor tiles & fixtures/ fittings @ Master bathroom, common bathroom and balcony.
4. Dismantle existing toilet bowl and toilet accessories at utility area.
5. Lay floor tiles, new waterproofing @ Master bathroom, common bathroom and balcony.

Windows and doors works
1. Fabricate and install entire whole house window grills.
2. Fabricate and install door @ Utility area.
3. Supply and install grille in whole unit include of service yard.

Electrical Works
1. Installation of Ceiling fans & lights fitting to all bedrooms/balcony and ventilation fan to 2x bathrooms & utility room.
2. Installation of lights under the platform @ Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom.
