Balance 4-Rms Flat, 40K Is The Quotation Reasonable?

Hi Everyone,

I have already collected my key since last month but so far still cannot finalize with any id. Seems they are always busy and we needed to keep on calling them to get our quotation. Some got back to us after 3 weeks but some just disappeared.

Here is our first quotation which recommended by our friend. We quite like their design and workmanship but the respond time is pretty slow. Kindly need your help to see..is this too expensive?

My ID didn't charge me for soft closing also. As on my research, vinyl/veneer are the same just in different term.

Both are waterproof but no one can 100% guarantee i guess.

We changed our plan for our master bedroom from platform bed to put a normal bedframe and reduce on carpentry work in the kitchen from both sides top-bottom to one side top-bottom and another side only bottom. The 1st ID (The one I showed you the price) revised his quote to $37,500 but I think it’s still too expensive and his RESPONSIVE is very SLOW…

So my husband & I compared more ID.

First ID – 37,500

2^nd ID – 40,000

3^rd ID – 32,000 (This ID recommended from our friend (Friend's friend, I think he give us more discount)

4^th ID – Still waiting for the price

Actually I’m quite happy with 32k because the meterials are the same but it’s much cheaper. Now we are still consider about it. I think I will finalize soon by end of this month.

i ll update again which ID we have selected and what is final price.
