Dry And Wet Bathroom Renovation

Recommended Posts

Guest Lim Kai

Hi, would like to know if its possible to remove a toilet bowl completely in a HDB BTO new flat?

I would like to create a separate dry and wet bathroom, as we think 2 bathrooms are an overkill in such a small house.

Please advise if anyone know. Thanks!

Hi,

Yes, you can create it fruitfully, but after creating might be you have to face little bit celling troubles. So my advice is you need to discuss about this with your bulider or plumber those created flat, because they have a complete structure of your flat.

Yes you can. You might infer problems with the plumbing, so i would advise you to have a word with your plumber and hire a interior designer if your space is too small.I recently got my bathroom renovated via Avonlea renovations ( www.avonlearenovations.com) here in Toronto. Renovation specialist/ designers would help you with plumbing ,space or other issues related. Thank you :)

Yes, it is possible to remove a toilet bowl in a HDB BTO flat, but you’ll need to check a few things first. HDB has strict guidelines for renovations, especially when it comes to plumbing and structural changes and for a project like this, it’s best to work with professionals who are familiar with these regulations. You can consult with experts like renovations london, who specialize in renovations and can guide you through the process.
