My new replacement flat in dawson area too n layout quite similar as yours too except kitchen and living room r smaller plus bs door opens in the kitchen. Appreciate if you can share your photos to me and quotation breakdown too. May i know for the last room how long is the wardrobe ? 3ft or lesser? Care to share me ur id details and also the carpentay works after 3 yrs already?
