HRC 1 Report post Posted April 28, 2015 Spoke to 10 reno contractors and ID each.You name it i might have spoke to them.Initial plan was to outsource parts by parts on my own as i had time to manage things in between my works till one ID came to offer irresistible offer.My golden advice is "never go for cheap ". Follow closely the horror i'm going through now.This particular ID is highly recommended here, even has his own support club . His theme " Im a ID but give you contractor price even cheaper " You can find anything cheaper outside ill chop my head. Which remind me tom i need to bring chopper and place next to the tiles. HRC 1 Report post Posted April 28, 2015 (edited) After comparing all quotes we decided to drop the carpentry and electrical work , more work might drop if the quality of the work is unsatisfactory .Managed to get direct factory quote for carpentry and electrical.
