Do note that your cost will be $2-3k higher because electrical component is not included. Usual electrical cost I see in a BTO renovation is about $2-3k.

hmm, for item 11, i believe its the haulage. Do ask how much it is as it differs from project to project. It may be as little as 300, or as high as 900. usually every project there will only be 1 dedicated guy for this job (assigned or recommended by HDB).
