basically the new BTO all had 2.6m height except highest floor will have 2.8m.

But my room quite small , wide 2950

Really? 

I got the impression that only old flats have higher ceilings for the top floor units and new BTOs have same ceiling height regardless of the floor level.

You can refer to this thread on uploading pic. but remember to reduce the file size 1st.  Yours is 47m2 or 37m2?

Not sure about all BTO but 1 of the recent 2 roomers' top floor unit is 280.
