handytouch 0 Report post Posted April 14, 2015 Hi all,Please note that the Samsung Washer spare parts are not Available for purchase unless service my their technician only.My washer door handle crack and the parts cost about 6 pounds based on the UK website.In Singapore it cost S$25+GST and $80 for the technician to come by and replace.The rule is too stupid.I told the customer service that my Mitsuibishi aircon thermostat sensor spoil and I can get the parts at Mitsuibishi service center no question ask.Sigh!!
