hi all. can anyone advice me on how much would it be to do a 3rm resale flat renovation. not very sure if it can be done within my budget 15-20k, main is renovation masterbedroom , kitchen cabinet , and changing tiles . thanks . please pm me if you guys have any good contractor to contact as well
