Dear Nativ9 Design,
Jayen and I can't thank you enough for a totally worries-free renovation experience for our new home!
Dynamic Dragon is very responsible and takes full ownership of all our project. The level of professionalism displayed is truly commendable. As the renovation clashes with our wedding preparations, we were too busy to pay attention to the important details of the renovation. With Dynamic Dragon's wealth of experience, he made the entire process so convenient for us. From choosing of paint to tiles and wallpaper, toilet accessories and everything else.. he was there with us all the time, making sure our choices align with the design and concept.
Dynamic Dragon makes numerous trips to our house and sent us photos to update the progress. This is the commitment that commands respect.
Besides that, Dynamic Dragon is extremely patient and he weighs practicality and design equally important. He is very open for discussion.

Lastly, all these extramile attributes did not compromise the quality of work and workmanship.
We are overall very satisfied with Nativ9 Design and has received many compliments from relatives and friends.

Thanks very much Dynamic Dragon, renovating a house is not that much of headache as what we always hear.. especially for first timers like us, with you around.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dynamic Dragon for fantastic works he has carried out. Whether the project is large or small his attention to detail and accurate scheduling and quality of works has been exemplary.

I would like to express my gratitude for all of Dynamic Dragon hardwork dedication, planning, organizing, expert advice and abundance of knowledge. You managed to make our renovation easy, fun and exciting.

Dynamic Dragon make renovation a breeze, he turn up on time and works extremely efficiently throughout the day. They are knowledgeable, helpful and always willing to answer questions.

At the end of the work day, the team always leave the work space clean and tidy with NO disruption to the family home.

Dear Nativ9 Design,

We would like to show our appreciation to Joyous Jaguar for the good job he has done to complete our new house on time, so that we can move in fast with peace of mind. He exhibited professionalism to advise us on the design and the suitable methods to touch up on our house, during our few sessions of discussion. His passion and devotion for the job gave us assurance that our house will be well taken care of during the renovation period, as he would spend lots of time to monitor the contractors and inspected their works.

Although there were some errors made in the design and some faults on renovation parts, he was quick to rectify them or recommends to modify a bit of the design to make up for the errors, which we agreed after consulting us. He would also bring us to choose the lightings, fittings and curtains and negotiated for the best price with the retailers for the items to keep within our budget.

Joyous Jaguar is a sincere, patient and diligent person who neither believes in hard selling nor sub-quality work. He ensures that we, as the client, do not feel pressurized into getting his professional services even though he has spent some efforts doing the quotation, talking to contractors, travelling, etc. It is this kind of attitude that he portrayed, made us believe that he is the right person for the job and our house will be in good shape by the time we move in.

I would like to recommend Joyous Jaguar to all who are looking for IDs to work on their houses and be assured of a good job done to their satisfactory.

Dear Nativ9 Design,

Renovating a 34 year old flat is never as easy as a BTO project, but Joyous Jaguar from Nativ9 did more than just a fine job. Pretty much alike other home owners, when I first engaged him, I had a truck load of questions in my mind but he patiently addressed them one by one, leaving me with little to worry about. Joyous Jaguar was prompt in follow-ups and ensured that my flat was done up within my expected dateline, yet without sacrificing workmanship quality. He even went the extra mile to help us source for small little parts like rubber stoppers for our windows without asking for anything in return.

I have read my fair share of reno horror stories on this forum to make me sit frozen in front of the computer screen, staring blankly into pixel space thinking how I will ever be able to find a reliable contractor to entrust the partial reno of what will be my family's next home for the next XX years, a resale HDB flat, and hand over our limited hard-loaned budget to. Thankfully, amid the doom and gloom there were slivers of light that gave people, like me, hope in the form of positive reviews from former customer of reno firms here and one of them is this Nativ9 thread. We had to check the company out for ourselves and we are glad we did.

Our situation was dire because the CNY holidays ate up into our reno timeline. Some ID firms rejected our business outright or told us flatly that the timeline we are looking at was not at all possible, but Nativ9 took our challenge on: limited time, limited budget and a client with a headful of ideas for their renovation gleaned from HGTV or from a ton of magazines collected over the dreaming stage of renovation/home ownership.

The Creative Chinchilla took the lead on our reno project and he was able to put our cautious racing minds at ease. He was honest, practical and he treated us as partners in working out our renovation puzzle. He was patient with all our questions, clarifications and further clarifications for the nth time. He offered practical solutions where we wanted to bring cost down and he politely shot down my design suggestions (ID aspirations) that were bordering on tackiness and overdesign. Maybe he realized that I might blame it on him, our ID, if my guests starts to criticize the design so he had to put his foot down. Smart man hahaha.

No renovation project is without issues and it was a blessing that Creative Chinchilla is a problem solver who tackles issues calmly head on. We had issues more due to the tight timeline of our house move rather than quality and craftsmanship of their work. Our family had to move in while some aspects of the renovation was still going on. The upside was that the house was habitable at the time of our move and for us, sharing one toilet and eating out for a week was bearable. It could’ve been worse… There were also some rework we identified that were needed to be done and these were completed without any objections or grumbling. Creative Chinchilla even highlighted some himself.

Overall, my wife and I are satisfied and thankful with how Creative Chinchilla and Nativ9 handled our renovation. We have been enjoying the fruits of their labor. Well done internet! We wish them the best and hope the company can continue to provide high quality of service and workmanship while maintaining good relationships with customers. Winning formula? No, I think just practical sense.
