Anyone Engaged Pagoda Building Contractor Before?

Hi. Wanted to check if anyone has engaged this contractor before? I checked that they are registered under HDB but they do not have an official website. Their fb page doesn't have much reviews about their quality of work or to prove their reliability especially when their bto package is very very attractive and is the cheapest I ever found.
