Just purchased a 4 room resale flat. Am in need of advice...

The condition of the house is original so I need to do the whole house... Any contractors or id to recommend? My sister just had an operation thus we are downgrading. We also need reliable to contractors able to work with the time limit as we don't want to strain my sis too much. Budget is very tight...
