Regret Buying Crestar Brand

Share my woes to all. I regret buying Crestar brand -Aircraft model. Don't ever listen or trust electrical shop man recommendation. Bought 6 fans. After installed very same day already found very slow speed problem. Asked for exchange but they only repaired. Then they claimed tat i need to use their Crestar remote control. ..$80 per remote con. Bought 6 remote cost me $480 and still not resolved the speed problem...until today I decided to called them for repair. ...service charge also super expensive. I will never ever consider buy Crestar again. Never ever. It is the lousest brand of all fan brands. So poor quality and poor service. ...

I will go back to KDK or Mitsubishi brands better. Spend so much money on this lousy brand fan and get frustration. .... I willl better stay off this brand. Never again...
