How much is it to engage a solicitor to process HDB bank loan mortgage redemption?

Payment by cash only or it can be paid using CPF?

if i didnt rmb wrongly, there is no need to engage a lawyer for this. just go down with HDB and hand in your cheque. voilà, your house will be yours for the reminding amount of lease left.

You can do that if your loan is with HDB.

inform the bank of your intention.

if you are on bank loan, you can look for the mortgage specialist who done the loan for you. He usually has lawyer contacts under his bank panel to assist.
