benetay 14 Report post Posted March 8, 2015 Bought some cookware online for Lodge and Cuisineart. Lodge is cast iron, very heavy. Need to do some seasoning. Have tried Lodge dutch oven, even MIL say it is heavy but quite good to use. Cuisineart Stainless steel and hard anodized. Read up on Cast iron online and watch youtube videos to see how they can be season. Will put it up to the test when possible. Ordered a few more Cuisineart to let my mom try and see if it is worth the money. She prefers something lighter so hard anodized it is. Tefal gone case after 8months, metal scrapper on the coating really shorten the lifespan. Ordered silicon spatula from Oxo. Will do a posting for those items.Cheers!
