JS21 0 Report post Posted January 24, 2008 For Kuishinbo, I didn't really enjoy their buffet as I find the sashimi not that fresh. But the snow crab with vinegar is yummy. I still think of it sometimes, wish to go back and eat the snow crabs with vinegar! My sis thinks the snow crabs are probably leftovers by the top Jap restaurants that are bought cheaply by Kuishinbo, that's why it's not that fresh either. Not that I mind, since I've never eaten the really fresh ones before. Ignorance is bliss!
