purple 0 Report post Posted February 27, 2015 Hi all,We have shortlisted two HDB resale D&B units both in the same cluster, 5 min walk to MRT.Both units doesn't have any windows facing corridor.1) #02, end corner, door-to-door, 105sqm, all room windows face NE, full length windows for master bedroom and living, windows not facing main road but face inside, not near to rubbish chute, tenanted,original condition, need to fully redo whole house including flooring.2) #11, intermediate corner, no other unit directly opposite, 101sqm, NS facing, full height windows for master bedroom and living, not facing main road but face inside, partially unblocked, simple renovations and well kept, need to redo toilets, kitchen cabinets, aircon etc.Both units selling under market price.11th floor unit is priced around 20-25 k more than 2nd floor one.Could anyone give suggestions on which unit to choose?Thanks Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
