3 Room Flat Resale

Hi everyone,

I just got my keys to my 3 room resale unit at bedok. I am looking for reliable recommendation to IDs. My budget is pretty tight. Thus my intent is just a minor touch up of life to the place.My floor area is about 60 square metres. I am quite fortunate to have found a flooring I liked. Thus, need some advise on how the following might cost me..

Renovation Planned

1. Whole unit Re wiring
2. Overlay of wall ( for Living room and 2 bedrooms)
3. Painting for Living room and 2 Bedrooms and kitchen ceiling
4. kitchen cabinet removal and new installation
5. Shifting of Main Wash Basin about 90degrees

Any ideas on how much this would cost?
