KiliGeo 0 Report post Posted February 22, 2015 (edited) My husband and I have been visiting Renotalk forum for a while now and are now in the midst of renovating our first home. Wanted to share some of the tips that we have learnt along the way, from fellow Renotalk members, designs from google, and those through our own experience. Our humble home is a 3 bedroom executive condominium (EC), which we decided to buy after countless failed attempts at getting a BTO. Patricia Lee Poh Lan 0 Report post Posted February 23, 2015 Congrats on your new EC. Looking forward to more posts for reference as ours will TOP in early 2016. Can you share your budget for the works that you are planning to do? Why are you changing your kitchen top?
KiliGeo 0 Report post Posted February 25, 2015 Hi Patricia, Changing the kitchen top (mainly the cooker position) is not out of our choice but more on recommendation from Geomancer. I can say we are not very lucky in this aspect, and caused us quite a lot of headaches. Can you imagine that one ID suggested that we change the whole kitchen - tear and rebuilt the kitchen. *faint*As this is a major consideration for our costs, we choose the contractor/Id which can advise on the least amount change (and cost required) in the kitchen.
