Getting a 4 rm BTO that needs minimal renovation. Getting flat possibly in July

Tiling (since didnt get from HDB) 90sqm

Kitchen Cabinet (I have noticed some online packages $4000++ with hood,hob,iquartz etc)

Plumbing and Electrical (if needed)

Pretty simple. Worth it engaging a contractor or possibly just get a tiler to tile and get a kitchen cabinet package?

Any tilers here can quote?
