Please Assist To Assess Reasonableness Of Quotation

Hi!

As per many forumers, I am in the midst of sourcing for IDs for my new resale condo (2-3 years old condo).

I have the intention of doing the following:

Hacking and Removing

1) Hacking all the wardrobes in all 3 rooms (1 master 2 common)

2) Hacking the kitchen wall for an open kitchen concept

3) Hacking the 2 built-in beds in each common room

4) Remove glass door at lift

Carpentry for living

1) TV console with or without feature wall

2) Shoe cabinet

Carpentry for master

1) Platform bed in the master room

2) TV console with or without feature wall

Carpentry for 1st common

1) Walk-in wardrobe

2) Dresser table

Carpentry for 2nd common

1) Bookshelves

2) Study table

For further information, I am not intending to change flooring, windows and both the toilets as they are still very new.

I have attached the quotation from one of the ID company and would like to seek opinions on the reasonableness of the quotes.
