hi i am owner with a tight budget for my 4rm,we dont need ids, just looking for contractors for these services to my bto flat (with flooring and doors provided by hdb):

-false ceiling or L box **** area

-kitchen 10ft top and bottom

-masonary works for kerbs etc

- window and grills for my service yard

-8ft casement carbinet for my master bedroom

-partition wall and shoecase facing main gate

-electrical works (basic lighting with 1 ceiling fan installation)

-plumbing works basic

-install bathroom accesories (basic)

Hi Cel Just finish my reno recently with a contractor, price pretty good and good workmanship. at first alittle wary cause of the low price they offered but found out from them they recently started so offering low pricing to built reputation. So decided to give it a try and didn't regret. If you like a quote from them give them a buzz. Elwin@[removed]
