Stay Away From Triple-S Interior Pte Ltd

Hi ALL,

To those who are looking for an ID firm, please stay away from TRIPLE-S Interior Pte Ltd, this is my sharing and base on my real experience with them.

I engaged their service to renovate my house, at the end, we end up with un-pleasure experience. The delivery was delay to 3 weeks with 2 extension ( 1 week + 2 weeks ), this was not easy for us as we were renting a unit to stay before we moved into our new house. On the final day that we moved in, a lots of thing had not been done until we could not able to sleep there for the first night. Therefore we had to go back and sleep at the rental unit for 1 night and move again on the day after. We had done this with our 3 years old son. This was too much for us.

All of this thing happened because the Triple-S boss, Steven, keep holding the order of our Carpenter. 2 month later, which is January, I met Steven and request for our compensation as well as settle the last 20% of the bill. I gave them my request and wanted to know how their behaviour were. Too bad, they seem never felt that they were at fault and rejected my compensation request, never said SORRY to me and ridiculously said that I was at fault because of I did not approach them to pay the last 20% of the bill, even at that time I did not receive their final quotation, which we amended a few items, and the carpentry had not been delivered to us, the ID did not ask me about this 20% payment as well because he knew there were a lots of things pending.

All of this matter, my ID was at fault also, but I did not complain about him since I appreciated his idea and his worked. But the bad boss made us frustrated.

I also happened to know there is another customer is struggling with them now. So, please stay away from this ID firm and we will lodge a complain about Triple-S to CASE as well, to prevent others customer from having same issue as us.

Thanks so much for the infos and greatly appreciated your feedback. I will do my reno soon and I will definitely avoid Tripple S interior.

Is there any other things we need to take note before engaging an ID/contractor?
