meow 1 Report post Posted March 14, 2015 (edited) Hi Meow, I'm interested in your A/C rerouting. Some questions.Coolforce did 1st round of air con installation for you but U are not satisfied? U get Cool Well to re routed the A/C piping? How much does Cool Well charge? Thanks!Nice house btw , really interested to see the final product Yes. Coolforce supplied the Aircon. I am really not impressed with their service. When I challenge them about the trunking, they send an engineer down to tell me everything cannot be done. All cynthia wanted to do is to slap me with a quotation on retrunking. Luckily I anticipated this answer, so I got the 2nd Aircon man to come down the day before and did a site survey and he gave me suggestion on how to do it.My 2nd Aircon man was really nice, although he came down for 2nd opinion, he asked me to get Coolforce to fix it so that I don't incur extra charges. He also didn't charge me anything for the site survey. After talking to Coolforce, where everything is cannot cannot cannot until I told them how to do it using my 2nd Aircon man suggestion. I decided to use the 2nd Aircon man instead.I will let you contact Cool Well for their quotes. Definitely more worth it than Coolforce. Coolforce have the cheek to slap me with retrunking fee and send a bunch of completely inexperienced engineers down. Edited March 14, 2015 by meow

I should stay far far away from Coolforce.I may contact Cool Well as I plan to install another A/C in my living room but the routing may be an issue.. Let's see how...Thanks! Yika 0 Report post Posted April 15, 2015 Hi Yika, Yupz, CASE is quite hopeless. I am going to small claims. U have experienced with small claims? Yes. Keep all records of your messages from sms/whatsap and any documentations. Take photos of the current state etc. Be organized.File a claim 10-20 dollars. Go for the mediation and if still cannot ... go for hearing.
