I just met up with someone from Boon Siew, service was fine & he did nopt turn a face when he knows my budget is tight. I am also not doing any tiles or kitchen cabinets as this will be the major profit for contractor. He even gave us some suggestions on the reno & to cut costs.

Hi they were the fastest in coming back with the quote even though mine reno only $4000+++, the other two contractor took very loooong... Not everything is low but quite reasonable.

I am using them to reno my house, so far so gd. Eric is okay in accomodating out request, like adding a extra bi-fold door, postponing the retouching of paint when my electrician haven't finish installing the lights. But reno still will have hiccups, like the workers left my lights on & water was still flowing when I went back to the house one night.

But I have no time to monitor their progress, I didn't go to the house evryday but evrything went on quite smooth. HTHs!
