Wood Decking Recommendation For Balcony And Yard

Hi, I will be getting my keys for my condo unit. As my unit is at 1st floor, i will be having a large PES area (Balcony) and Yard. My wife and I are planning to do the wood decking for our PES area. Any recommendation the woods to be used? So many following woods to be choose a bit confused:

1. Chengal

2. Balau

3. Ironwood

4. Abodo Pine

5. Burmese Teak

6. Ipe

7. WPC

etc.

Any recommendation reliable contractor/ carpenter to do the job?
