Samsung Redemption Of Gifts

what we did was to call them and get a queue # to reserve the set when it comes in.

We received an sms when the stock was in and went down to collect. The wait at the queue is about 20 min or so.

Collected our item 2 weeks ago.

Still waiting HT-XA100, it had been 1 month since I received my TV.

Anyone in the same boat?

OMG..haiz.. I need to go for an (compulsory) oversea trip this weekend. Cannot go for next few days.. If it is too big, not sure if my other half can manage.....

I collected my HT-TZ212 hts earlier today... it's a heavy big box but i did it single handedly :sport-smiley-003: though still thankful to two kind souls who helped to open the glass doors for me..

Yep the HT-TZ212 HTS is here. Can go and collect. Collected over lunch just now. There was a queue of about 15 ppl even b4 the shop opened.

But dun expect them to call you if u r on the queue list. I called them myself to check whether the stock is in.

Later shall go and play with the HTS :sport-smiley-004:

Yes u need both these things to collect the freebies. Their contact number(s) can be found on the redemption letter. From what I understand, they have different numbers for different brands.

Think they start at 12pm daily and closes at 7pm and 5.30pm wkdays and wkends respectively if I'm not wrong...

i dont rec'd any redemption letter from the shop. Just asked me to call and take booking nbr....

vexed.....

Heads up to all. I collected my HT 715 today. Don't even bother with their SMS..cos they will tell u no stock. Jus go down their redemption centre and do it on the spot. It takes less than 15 mins. I see that there is a lot of stock HT715 in the place. Do it soon before it ran out.

BTW it is really very very bulk. Recommend to bring a travel trolley or invest in a simple trolley. It saves me tonnes of pain....today

yup, agree... just bring your invoice with serial number plus booking number.

If you have the booking number then just go down to their redemption centre. Don't bother to call cos they will tell u no stock.

mm, they give me a trolley when I collected HT-XA100.

Oh dear! I just bought a samsung tv from Audio House last week. Delivery on 20th Nov....dunno whether they will still have stock by then for the ht-x715??? It sure won't look nice if I move into my new place with new furniture and tv...with a gap in the tv console for a missing audio system! :( Haiz...should have discovered this thread earlier....now can only keep my fingers crossed!!!

i'm not a voucher type person. but since this is a samsung thread, i thought i might as well say something.

I bought from washing machine 7.5kg for $599 from best denki (display unit)

and bought the fridge 410L white fridge for $499.

I actually got them 3 days before christmas and wanted them to deliver before christmas. but they couldnt make it. I told them i'll do a Cash and Carry style. after paying, I came back with my trolley in 30mins and just trolley them out. =p

my trolley is specially ordered from US, capable of carrying 250Kg max load. so i loaded both fridge and washing machine onto it in 1 go. the trolley is using 10" wheels runflat type.

OMG! Anyone still encounter problems with the free gifts redemption? Does the invoice hv to state the amt of the item that u buy? I bought frm harvey norman but my invoice did not state the amt of the things that i buy.
