Lian Goh 0 Report post Posted January 5, 2015 Can anyone please help??my contractor told me it can be only do it on cement and want me to allow them to put a layer of cement on the wall before they can plastering.i worry they will charge me more becoz of this.Can anyone help me to understand more?
