Hi, I just bought a Olena mattress from a furniture fair at expo on 11jan. The fair had been going on the past week but unfortunately this was the last day. A man wearing black golf cap and thick drawn eyebrows and claims to be the boss served me. He seems to be the same person everyone has been describing as the boss of mattress atrium, followed by Bez gallery, and his new shop name at the expo fair is now called "the exquisite promenade" located at Faber drive. According to reviewers he has called himself different names: Joe, Wee Juo, Pierce. but the name he introduced to me was Yiren. I am worried now as I only read these reviews after making full payment, and am wondering why he would keep changing his name, and company name. my bed will be delivered in March as stated on the invoice. hope to hear some good news from the rest of you in the meantime.

After reading thru all the comments here think we are another victims! We ordered our bed n bedframw from the guy name yiren as well on last fri at the expo sales! He promised that today morn before 11am will come out new house to do measurement buy no show in d end! He told my husband that he will call us before coming but no news at all till now. We had been making multiple calls to his Handphone n their office nun n hotline but none can gets thru! And we aldy paid him 2k as deposit thru credit card payment! Omg! We are so **** worried till I take half day urgent leave n now otw to their caber drive outlet to check what's happening! Are they a scam company?

Feel upset and worry after reading all these. Had brought a bedframe and 2 bedside table from Michelle Dec 2014. Only meet up Yiren last Tuesday at Faber drive to pass him my bedframe measurement and requirement, delivery date in early April and making a refund of the bedside table due to room constraint. He promised to make the refund to my visa account within few working day, and saying delivery date not a problem but need to get back on my bedframe requirement. Till now, not refund no reply, call him didn't answer, sent sms didn't return. :(

Hi all was very worried when reading all the comments on tis company which i spend almost 12k on purchasing my bedframes and mattresses from . But i didnt dare comment on anything becos my delivery date was not up yet and i was updated if anything when wrong . Surprisingly although my items were delayed i finally received them today. My free accessories were promised to be delivered by the 14 to 16 .So i really hope that you guys will receive yours soon too. Really sad to hear that some of you havent recieve your items though.

In a wheel chair but even then taken for a ride?

My husband & I went to Singapore Expo on Jan 4 & was served by Yiren for an Olena queen mattress due 26 Jan 2015 delivery. We had gone in good faith to order, particularly as I was in a wheelchair preparing for an operation and needing a good mattress for convalescence.

We did not take Yiren/the company as people who would take advantage of a wheelchair-bound person. We had hope for delivery but to date nothing yet & I have postponed my surgery date.
I have since sent him another email Feb 11 (to Exquisite Promenade) & my husband spoke to a woman at the number given & were told we will be contacted asap.
What legal recourse have some of you taken? Could someone please advise? Thank you.

Dear 1234, sorry to hear of your plight. How much have you paid? Some victims have tried CASE, Small Claims Tribunal, reporting to police and see MP.

My queen size bed was supposed to be delivered on 12 Feb, till today I have yet to receive my bed nor mattress. I made full payment too from expo... how can this be happening... This is Singapore leh...

I m so worried now.... Anyone can guide me what should I do next?

Sigh... I guess I am another victim... Deliver due 12 Feb, but nothing is delivered... When called to ask about my delivery... he keeps on telling me he will call me back but always end up not calling...

How can Singapore allow this to happen?! Why can this happen????

I tried calling him and his wife many times to confirm my delivery end of this month, but both their mobile lines are terminated? I can't get through their lines. Anybody went down to the shop this few days? Are they still there?
