I went yesterday want to confirm my order and colour selection for my sofa and asked michelle if they changed their company name from bez gallery to exquisite. She denied and i told her your staff told me the new name and she said shes new she dont know. Raised her voice ask me check acra etc. Dont know what she is trying to hide.

Do my own measurement. Nv wait for them already. Just want to faster confirm thing and have a delivery date confirmed asap. Suggest u do the same

I am going down to do my own measurement too..and gona give them 2 months instead of 4weeks.

Therefore, no excuse for them not to be ready.

And at the same time pick up my promised free accessories.

I'm experiencing the same nightmare as it is too late for me to see the website that warns innocent people got scam by the guy called Piercen with fake thick eyebrows and a cap.

Let's sit together and seek consumers protection law to protect our right.

Be noted that -

1. Make sure your delivery date is marked clearly on your invoice

2. If your delivery date is postponed again and again and hard to call his handphone or his office number, please go ahead to make a police report.

3. With the police report, you may get SCT order for full amount refund.

4. With the police report, you can submit your dispute form to your credit card company for refund as well.
