She denied and i told her your staff told me the new name and she said shes new she dont know. Raised her voice ask me check acra etc. Dont know what she is trying to hide. Be noted that -1. Make sure your delivery date is marked clearly on your invoice 2. If your delivery date is postponed again and again and hard to call his handphone or his office number, please go ahead to make a police report. 3. With the police report, you may get SCT order for full amount refund. 4. With the police report, you can submit your dispute form to your credit card company for refund as well. Hope this helps.
