Bez Gallery - Olena Mattress

Recommended Posts

Guest Peter Ng

Dear fadhilatalib, when you got thru to the empty showroom at Marina Square, what was the conversation like?

Those numbers were the Bez Gallery showroom numbers at Marina Square!

shine2all, you closed your conversation presumably having received your goods, why still privately message me

to enquire about how I got Pierce's name?

Anyway, you can pay for owners' names and house addresses at the Small Claims Tribunal.

I have found out that Pierce, Yiren, Joe or Wee Juo set up a new business called The Exquisite Promenade. In addition to this, he also own Bez Gallery and Olena/ Mattress Atrium. Never ever buy from these companies.

Now hoping that I can claim a refund via small court tribunal.

By the way, Yiren will claim that he has just acquired a retailer located at Marina Square who used to sell his products. He claim that he is wholesaler and that this retailer did not deliver goods on time, send wrong goods and etc and he is doing the "clean up" for this so-called retailer which is Bez Gallery. After that I have found out this Bez Gallery was set up in year 2011 and owned by his wife. This means he lie about the whole set up. There is no transfer of business in Bez Gallery and that he and the so-called retailer (Pierce or Wee Juo) is the same person.

He will also show some lawyer letter which makes no sense.

He set up The Exquisite Promenade to continue his scam and this company is still pretty clean (no complaints yet) because it is newly set up in Dec 2014.

Hi Peter

These are also the contact numbers stated on the Exquisite Promenade namecard. I spoke to a Mrs Teo/Leo, she told me my items were already in Singapore but have yet to pass thru customs. I asked if there was going to be a delay to my scheduled delivery date on 30 Jan, she said she will need to check and will revert to me Monday (yesterday). But I did not receive a call back yesterday. So I am going to be calling them again today. If I don't get thru, my husband will visit their showroom at Faber Drive.

Hi Fadhilatalib

I faced the same situation like you. I have called them a total of 5 times after they did not deliver the item to me in November 2014. Each time, they will asked for my invoice and they said will call me back but I did not receive any call back from them.

I have give up hope on this. They have collected my blood and sweat money of about S$4,000 being full payment from me without having the intention to delivery the item to me.

I also mafe full payment of over 4k =(

Have you tried going to their showroom?

Never at all, I just do not like to look at his face.

He dressed up and speak well but he is not what you think.

He is just another sweet talker.

I don't think he is as his showroom often. Usually it is his staffs. He has regular booths at expos, so he is usually stationed there.

hi, I recently bought two queen sized beds from his showroom at faber drive. delivery date stated on the invoice is 29th jan. but I seriously doubt my beds will be delivered after reading what people experienced. I don't know any pierce but the guy who sold me the beds said his name is yiren. I asked if I could place a deposit but he said I have to pay in full which I did. after countless futile attempts to reach him for a confirmation in delivery date, I decided to head down to their showroom but he wasn't around. spoke to another woman whom I believe is his wife. her name is Michelle and she gave us her number ‪9092 0737, said she'll get yiren to contact us once he's back. few days later still no answer and Michelle doesn't pick up calls or reply texts too. at noon today, I received a call from yiren who said he just got discharged, from where I don't know and said he'll get back to me by 3pm about the delivery date and time. he didn't get back to me obviously. and once again, calls all unanswered. I'm heading to his showroom tomorrow to confront him directly. I hope he will be there. ‬

Actually I have asked CASE officer about this, but he say no use. I will be seeking legal advice and see is there any other way out.

We went to CASE, CASE asked us to go Small Claims Tribunal. Maybe you should do it too...
