Hi

I have been searching and low for an ID to meet within my tight budget. However its not easy.

getting worried if I get proper ID and workmanship for my limited budget.

seeking all the experienced bros and sis in this forum recommend one within my 13k budget

So far shortlisted 2 companies who can meet my budget.

Urban design house

Design 4 space

Dont feel good as not sure as they are being talked as much about in renotalk. Abit of an unknown factor that gets me worried. Please help😣😣

here is my requirement, that the above ID can meet within 13-14k (not gst registered):

Homogenous tiles for living, dining, 2 bedrooms

20ft kitchen cabinet with quartz worktop

6ft tv console with feature wall/storage cabinet

10 electrical points for lights

5ft wardrobe for MBR

Lbox false ceiling for living, dining and passageway

painting

veneer doors for rooms

bifold doors for toilet
