Finally came down to the following requirements after months of deliberation. Looking preferably for contractors. Scandinavian minimalist style.

Getting keys late Jan, house can be opened for viewing. The contractors called down will depend on the quote given. i have already met/discussed with plenty and I will be contacting them soon. This is just a final call to any other contractors out there. Not interested in ID prices (sorry very tight budget)

Hacking Services

 Hack of all existing floor tiles in living room + 3 bedrooms

 Hack of all existing floor and wall tiles in kitchen

 Hack of all existing tiles and accessories in 2 toilets

 Dismantle kitchen cabinet, bedroom cupboards and all cornices

 **Hack wall to the left (and right) of kitchen entrance to open up kitchen (wall is already

semi hacked)

Masonry Work

 Shower kerbs in both toilets & construct fridge base, kitchen cabinet base and washing

machine base

 Lay standard large homogenous tiles in living room, 3 bedrooms and kitchen
