Homogneous Wood Tiles / Herf / Vinyl Floor

Hi, Guy need your advise between Homogenous wood tiles / HERF / Vinly floor for a HDB 4 floors flat area is around 105sqm if the flooring for the whole house except the toilets among this 3 options will the price be almost the same or similar as homogenous tiles need hacking fees and discard fees and HERF and vinyl floor no need any advise is appreciated.

As of what I hear during my renovation conversion from my id. vinyl cost much lesser than homogenous. my area about the same as yours for vinyl cost me ard 6.5k and homogenous cost me ard 8.5k without hacking. :)about herf I not too sure. I didn't check with him at that time.
