Hi all, instead of having tiles in the bathroom, we thinking of having partial tiles and paints on the wall. But we are quote with the pricing below. Need advice if the quotation provided by the ID is too much?

Common bathroom : Area to paint : 13SQM

Cement screed - $530

Water based sealer - $320

Use ICI weatherShield - $292

Master bathroom : Area to paint : 11 SQM

Cement screed - $450

Water based sealer - $320

Use ICI weatherShield - $292
