Great look so far! Most people get carried away with the Scandinavian look. I think this is tastefully done.

Can I check if your study table laminate is the Bruno seville walnut mentioned earlier?

I am also thinking if I need a hood for my kitchen. May I know often u cook and so far how is the experience without hood?

@elyse18 the tv console is from taobao. about 600 SGD before shipping. the countertop is kompacplus american walnut yup.

@peachpokka The study table laminate is Hamilton York Teak WY5239D from lamitak. I did use the Bruno seville walnut for my MBR cabinet and platform bed though.

til so far i still dun see a need for a hood coz i dun do any heavy cooking. any frying use airfryer loh. haha

@zio i used 3ds max but if you got no prior knowledge to it it may have a steep learning curve.

the whole reno took about 25k .

i am unable to comment on the design sense of the ID as i basically got the design and detailed measurements and he mainly jus carry it out or give some recommendations. but he is a good project manager and will try his best to get things done for u provided u get the information across clearly.
