Information About Magic Suction And Drilling

I have just bought a new flat and I'm planning to renovate it, instead of drilling to install my bathroom and kitchen accessories on the wall (recommended by my contractor), I want to try using magic suction because the cost is cheaper than drilling and I can move my accessories to anywhere anytime I want. I saw this magic suction at home fixed, has anyone used before, please advise.

I think for small items it is still ok. I believe if we put too much stuffs it will still drop. What kind of accessories are you looking to install?
