kennytan4444 1 Report post Posted December 1, 2014 Just collected my keys for my BTO last week.Called up HDB to check whether they provide FREE Cement Screed but this program had been stopNo choice but to start calling contractor to ask for quotation.1st contractor quoted me $2400 for 3 bedroom2nd contractor quoted me $1200 for 3 bedroom3rd contractor quoted me $800 for 3 bedroomWhy is there such a big differences from the above 3 quotations?Any reliable contractor to recommend meThank in advance Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
