Black Glossy Laminate For Carpentry Works

Can anyone here who installed black glossy laminate advise me on whether it scratches easily and very hard to maintain.

Please share your experience as i am having a hard time deciding on black glossy laminate.

I totally wanted black glossy laminate. But all the carpenters i met said the same thing, "just to warn you ah, glossy black easy to scratch, lots of fingerprint, and you must constantly clean and maintain properly."

So after much thought, i chose matt black instead.
