Looking For Contractor

Dear All,

I'm getting my keys on 28 Jan and would like to get some reno work done from 28 Jan -12 Feb and then maybe a week after CNY as I realise its quite a difficult time to do reno. I know what I want and would love to hear from experienced homeowners as well as contractors themselves.

I would like to do the following work and I have allocated some of the budget to do the work (In underline).

Hacking of living room skirting only

Hacking of living room cornices

Hacking of 1 doorway arch

Hacking of MBR 12 ft Wall (28pfr)

Building of 12 ft hollow brick wall

Building of 2.3m Partition wall

Hacking of Kitchen Cabinets (30pfr)

Hacking of hollow brick sink

Re-positioning of kitchen sink to L shape.

Construction of low hollow 1m brick wall in kitchen

Hacking of 2 toilets floor and wall tiles (800)

Laying of homogeneous tiles in 2 toilets

Plumbing work

Total Budget: 4-5k
