May I know which of the 3 brand is recommended in term of ease of maintenance and energy efficient?

I am looking for a system 1 inverter air con for my living room. Take note that I have already got a system 3 inverter. My air con power supply is 20A. Can u quote me a few brands with installation? I will prefer the higher btu one so that my living room can be cool. Thsnks

Please also include the type of copper pipe, wire, drainage pipeline, insulation material and thickness, and how many times installation works provided.

Option 2 : Mitsuibishi starmax system TWO (12 K & 9K) for Living Room & studying room including installation.

please include the (detail piping, coil, insulator used)

my flat is HDB 5 rooms in Jurong Area with aircon ledge

(but i have existing System 4 for the Beds rooms)

it mean you may need s.s bracket for the outdoor unit.
