Is this quote reasonable?

1. Supply labour & material to hack and dispose existing master & common toilet flooring - $600

2. Supply labour to remove and dispose 2 units of W/C at both toilets - $150

3. Supply labour to install 2 units of W/C at both toilets - $250

4.Supply labour & material to lay 30x30 heavy duty flooring tiles c/w water
proofing at both toilets flooring. Dimension of each toilet about 2.25 x 1.5m - $3000

5. Supply & install 1 unit of bi-fold door at common toilet entrance - $290

6. Supply & install 1 set wrought iron gate at main door entrance - $560

What questions should I ask the contractor?

The rest of the items looks okay except for the laying of tiles. I think is way too expensive for two toilets floor tiles. I got mine done up for floor and wall tiles for 2 toilets abt 4.5k to 5k. Floor cost abt 1.5k for me. if you need, I can pm u my contact.
